  • Book a call or contact us through the Site or embedded tools

If you become a ScaleLabs client and we build or operate a portal/workflow system for your business, the data inside that system is typically governed by your contract (and any data processing terms) with ScaleLabs and by your organization’s own privacy practices. See Section 10.

2) Information we collect

A) Information you provide to us

Depending on how you interact with the Site, you may provide:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number, company name, role)
  • Meeting details (requested time, notes you enter when booking)
  • Inquiry details (the content of messages you send us)
  • Any other information you choose to share (for example, project context)
B) Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP
  • Cookie and similar technology data, as described in Section 6
C) Information from third parties

  • Scheduling providers you use to book a call with us

10) Client project data (portals, workflows, implementations)

When ScaleLabs builds or operates a portal/workflow system for a client:

  • The client is typically the data controller (or business) for personal data processed in that system.
  • ScaleLabs typically acts as a service provider/processor under the client’s instructions and applicable agreements.

11) International data transfers

If you access the Site from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12) Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you

California residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws. ScaleLabs does not sell personal information. If you want a California-specific addendum (CPRA-style), tell me, and I’ll generate it.

13) Children’s privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

14) Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it was most recently revised. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice on the Site.
